If you dont read japanese or dont have a translator - How theres will work are different.
When they buy the pre-order, 1 of the 7 items will RANDOMLY be assigned to their key number. It has nothing to do with what store they bought it at and such.
I also expect their stats to be better -_-

thats a move of pure marketing genious...they shoulda done that the first time...it makes the guild wars game itself almost of a collector item, you'd see people buying 9-10 copies just to get 1 of every one of the pre-order items...

Do you really think people would spend around $400-500 for an item with no advantage beyond aestetics???

People are crazy you know..
Though, if it's truly random, I won't bother buying it, since the only thing I really want is the hammer.

OMG $30 for a light on my hand a book and not a cool Item like that????? I NEED THAT SNAKE LOKKING STAFF FOR NECRO AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AAAAAAAAA

Yes we do. The preorder items. However the stats on them suck compared to other countries' item stats.

Not really... They get them just from buying the game, not from preordering.

Offically Taiwan is a part of china. They are just rogeu with their own rule and laws.
Any way it is a very bad mistake to fit japan in the korean servers. Its like putting a dog in a catshome.

why do they even bother seperating unique items for different countries? it might be percieved as Anet is playing "favors"... why not just pool all the unique items together, we can then all just get along...

A.net is the design studio, NCSoft is the publisher, so when it comes time to retail the game, guess who gets to add in little extras for marketing purposes.
Bingo, you guessed correctly: NCSoft, so therefore complaining to A.net is pointless.
